The registration of OSA Online Facilities Booking System
should be submitted by the presidents of student societies.

主席可根據以下程序進行註冊登記。
The registration procedures are shown as follows:

第一部分 Part
1
|
如學生團體已持有由學生事務處或學院發出之已完成註冊的證明文件,請直接前往第二部分。
If the Student Society has already obtained the
Endorsement Letter from Office of Student Affairs or Faculty Offices, please go
directly to Part 2.

1.
|
請從網上設施借用系統下載「網上借用設施系統戶口申請團體註冊證明」。
Please download the Endorsement Form of Registered Student
Societies for Account Application.

|
2.
|
請在表格中填寫準備開戶的合資格幹事名稱、職位及學生證號碼*。
Please complete the form by filling in the names and
student ID numbers of the registered committee members who would like to
open an user account of OSA Online
Facilities Booking System.

|
3.
|
請把表格交由相關單位蓋章確認。
Please submit the form to relevant units for endorsement.

第二部分 Part
2
|
|
1.
|
請進入網上設施借用系統 - 註冊版面,輸入學生證編號及CWEM密碼。
Please enter the registration of OSA Online Facilities
Booking System and key in student ID no. and CWEM password.

|
2.
|
請輸入團體資料(請輸入正確的團體名稱,可參考已註冊學生團體名稱一覽表)。
Please enter the information of the student society. (To
make sure the name of the student society is correct, please refer
to Registered Student Associations Record.)
|
|
3.
|
請上載已簽妥之「網上借用設施系統戶口申請團體註冊證明」或直接上載由學生事務處或學院發出之已完成註冊的證明文件。
Please upload the completed Endorsement Form of Registered
Student Societies or the Endorsement Letter from Office of Student Affairs or
Faculty Offices for Account Application.

如有需要,請輸入團體幹事學生證編號及職位。
Please fill in the student ID numbers and positions of
other committee members if necessary.

5.
|
註冊申請已經完成,註冊結果會於7個工作天內,透過電郵通知。
Online registration is completed. The registration will be
confirmed via an e-mail within 7 working days.

備註 Remarks

團體主席/會長負責把團體幹事的資料輸入系統,系統會自動把所有成員的大學電郵預設為網上借用系統的帪戶電郵且不能被更改。
The President of the student society is responsible for
inputting the information of the committees into the system. The system
will preset the members’ university
webmail, which cannot be changed, as the account email of the online booking
system.

|
成功登記的團體幹事可以學生證編號及CWEM密碼進行首次登入,並於「My Profile」輸入聯絡電話、及電郵地址(非強制的)。
The registered committee members of the student society
can perform the first-time log in by using the personal CWEM as the username.
Please go to “My Profile” and input the personal information including
contact number and personal email address (not obligatory), etc.

|
於網上設施借用系統之重複登記將不獲受理。
Please be reminded that duplicated registrations at the
Online Facilities Booking System will not be handled.

|
每個學生團體的帳戶有效期為審批申請至任期完結。
The expiry date of each student society is the same as the
term of service.

|
如已註冊之成員已不再隸屬該團體,該團體有責任以書面形式通知學生事務處並由本處審批,否則後果由團體自行承擔。
If a registered committee member resigns, the president of
the student society is requested to inform Office of Student Affairs by
written request, otherwise the consequences is borne by the student society.
